Our trained reception team may ask some questions regarding the nature of your appointment. This is vital to ensure that urgent issues can be identified and offered an earlier appointment than more routine issues.
Cancel Appointments
Please provide the clinic with adequate notice if cancelling an appointment, as it affords another patient the opportunity to see a doctor or nurse sooner than might otherwise be available.
